WORSHIP | Sunday Mornings
When and how is in-person worship happening?
Starting Sunday, April 11th, 2021 we will have ONE in-person indoor + outdoor worship at 10:00 AM.
Can I sit inside?
Yes! We have 100 seats inside. Wear your mask and enter through the side door on the courtyard.
Can I sit outside?
Yes! Bring your mask and your lawn chair. Sit with your pod on a "X."
Do I need to register for service?
Nope, but if you want to sit inside, try to come a little early.
What happens if it is raining and Iām number 101 to show for the service?
Park on the side of the back lawn + listen from your car via radio 107.9 or grab brunch and tune in to the podcast which will be available later in the day!
Will the podcast still be available on Sunday mornings?
Don't worry, the podcast isn't going away completely but it is changing a bit. The podcast will now be a recording of our live service and it will be available on Sunday afternoons.
What should I bring to worship?
Masks are required for outdoor and indoor worship, so bring your mask. If you think you might want to sit outside or are worried you will miss an indoor seat, bring your lawn chair. We will have some extra folding chairs for guests on the back lawn.
Will there be nursery and Downtown Kids?
Yes! Kids between 18 months and 8 years are welcome to the nursery and Downtown Kid room. Note: check-in for nursery and Downtown Kids will occur at the front door by the stairs.
Will the service be facing inside or outside?
The service will be connected and you will get all the good parts of worship no matter where you sit.
Where do I place my offering?
There will be wooden bowls inside and outside of Central Energy if you are worshipping in person. Online you can make a secure one time or recurring gift at downtownchurch.me/give
