MOTION:
We request that Trinity Presbytery grant permission to enter into a land swap agreement with Hughes Development of BullStreet District. The proposed swap will increase Downtown Church's parcel acreage from 1.76 acres to 2.51 acres, with no monetary exchange involved.
RATIONALE:
This land swap will enable Hughes Development to achieve cleaner boundary lines for an adjacent lot while providing Downtown Church with additional land that can be utilized for parking and green space, enhancing the church's capacity to serve its congregation and the community.
