CHEER | Gift Exchange

Last week, I got knee deep into the secret sister exchange. And it was awesome. I bought a gift for someone I didn’t know and it felt good to spread some Christmas cheer. And, I’m not gonna lie, I was even more excited for little surprise gifts to show up on my front porch from people that I didn’t know in the weeks to come.
It’s 2020 after all. We need some Christmas cheer and I was all in. Until I read an article about how the secret exchange doesn’t work out for everyone. If your friends don’t post to their walls and then their friends don’t click and buy a gift, you could end up empty handed. Which would be a bummer.
Our staff really wanted to find a way to spread cheer in a small way, that didn’t leave anyone out so we put our heads together at DOWNTOWN CHURCH and decided to offer an opt in gift exchange through Elfster.
Elfster is an online secret Santa generator that is secure and free. You can participate wherever you live. You buy one gift and you receive one gift. Simple.

Create an account with your email, add your mailing address and select your gift preferences
Then on December 1st, it’ll send you the name + mailing address of the person you will surprise with a gift.
There is a $20 limit on the gift exchange. And we encourage you to shop local or shop small, if possible.
