GROW | Different, Not Divided

One of the core values of DOWNTOWN CHURCH is to be O P E N. We want to be inclusive, we want to welcome anyone in their faith journey. We want to hear all the voices, see the different hands and their gifts crowded around a common table. We are all creations from the dirt — all equal — all unique and we have an opportunity to see each other this way.

To kick off the season of Lent, Rev. Charles Weathers will be facilitating two workshops called Different, not Divided. The workshops will focus on how we can work together for a greater good in our faith and in our community. These workshops will ask us to ask hard questions, talk about difficult things and examine how we understand our world and the kingdom of God around us.

There is a limit of 30 people per session and registration will close one week prior to the workshops. To register, please use the buttons below and select a date. You will be asked to fill out a form to help Charles build portions of the workshop — you are not required to answer any of the questions but if you answer them your responses will be kept private.
